Community Service Project - Calabar Paint Up

Calabar High School, is one of the more noted traditional High School in Jamaica. Having produced Jamaica's longest serving Prime Minister, Prominient Executives, Entreprenuers, Athletes, Fathers, Brothers and Friends. Many would ask, "Why Calabar?".

Why Calabar?... Because the need is there. This being the 2nd phase of our project, I can assure that in the first phase, everyone was surprised at the state of the school compound. Although our Project Leader, Rtn Wayne Strachn has duly informed us of the challenges and what to expect, I think it was fair to say, we were a bit ignorant to the realities. Nevertheless, we churned out as much as we could earlier out in the summer and it made a big difference. Tomorrow we go for a second attempt, so the returning students can have something to smile about.
